Welcome to acac Club Collection. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shop.acac.com (the “Site”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to acac Club Collection.

By accessing or using the Services, including purchasing products from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases made.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States only.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once products are delivered to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Site.

Please review that policy before making a purchase.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards issued through shop.acac.com:

  • Are redeemable online only at shop.acac.com

  • Cannot be used at physical ACAC club locations

  • Are non-refundable except as required by law

  • Are not redeemable for cash

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and trademarks, is owned by acac Club Collection or its licensors and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Site is powered by Shopify.

All purchases are made directly with acac Club Collection. Shopify is not responsible for products sold through our store.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

11. Feedback

If you submit feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for business purposes.

You represent that you have the right to submit such content.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site:

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
