RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and unworn
• In the same condition that you received it
• With original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• With proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Returns must be requested and approved before items are shipped back.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at danc@acac.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Worn or used merchandise
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
• Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund
