SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


SHIPPING RATES

We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 per order within the United States.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.


DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.

Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Events outside our control


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

acac Club Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
