GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Gift Card Terms & Conditions apply to all gift cards issued by acac Club Collection through shop.acac.com.

1. Redemption

Gift cards are redeemable online only at shop.acac.com.

Gift cards may not be redeemed at physical ACAC club locations.

2. Non-Refundable

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

3. Expiration

If your cards do NOT expire:
Gift cards do not expire.

If they DO expire:
Gift cards expire on the date stated at the time of issuance.

4. Lost or Stolen Cards

acac Club Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

5. Promotional Gift Cards

Gift cards issued as part of a promotion, membership incentive, or complimentary program:

  • May have specific eligibility requirements

  • May not be resold

  • May not be transferred for value

We reserve the right to cancel or void gift cards obtained through fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale.
